We also have the ability to simulate the effectiveness of magnetic shields before they are manufactured. Using finite element analysis software, COMSOL Multiphysics, we can reduce project risk by determining the appropriate shielding solution and design for complex or unusual problems. For example, determining the right materials and amount of shield layers for mitigating high strength fields, or studying shields that cannot be measured with common lab equipment.
